As in previous years, our Higher Education and Careers team have done a superb job matching student aspirations to future options. They’ve worked hard to find the ‘best fit’ destination where our graduates will be happy, successful and thrive in their post-Southbank endeavours which remains central to our ethos and goals.

As a result of our Higher Education and Careers Team’s breadth and depth of expertise in making successful applications, 97% of our 2022 graduates have secured a place at their first-choice university!

Here is a summary of the IBDP results for our class of 2022:

  • Of the 71 diploma students entered, 70 passed (98%), with 17% achieving a bilingual diploma
  • The average Diploma score our students achieved was 36 (world average for 2022 31.98)
  • 25% achieved a score of 40 or higher, putting them in the top 3% of students worldwide (based on 2021 scores)
  • 1 student scored a perfect score of 45 out of 45, achieved by less than 1% of IB Diploma students worldwide

A huge well done once again to each and every one of our recent graduates!  We will miss them dearly and wish them the very best for their next venture!
