INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE AT SOUTHBANK
The International Baccalaureate (IB) program is enjoyed by both international learners and those who have not previously studied the IB, including children moving over from private primary or secondary schools. The IB aims to do more than other curricula. It builds students critical thinking skills, nurtures their curiosity and their ability to solve complex problems.

We are proud to share the exceptional results of our graduating Class of 2025 in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). This year, 75 students completed the full Diploma. Their results reflect the hard work, intellectual ambition, and commitment that characterise a Southbank education.

Grade 4 students from our Hampstead campus took over Sky Studios Elstree today for an unforgettable filmmaking experience!
From writing scripts to acting and editing, our students stepped into the shoes of producers, directors, and costume designers to bring their own stories to life.
It wasn’t just about making movies, we also got a behind-the-scenes tour of film history, including the iconic van from Jurassic Park! 🦖

On a beautifully cold but sunny day, our Grade 9 Visual Arts students explored the National Gallery as part of their Interiors unit. They captured stunning architectural spaces through photography, studied how artists across different periods represented perspective and atmosphere, and even sketched the gallery’s interiors themselves. This hands-on experience provides invaluable inspiration and research that will directly inform their upcoming studio work back in class.
